    The film consisting of countless original risograph prints, is a direct animation improvised to the rhythm of the scores of Hungarian Barabás Lőrinc jazz trumpeter. This animation, as a consistent conceptual work, avoids any sorts of post-digital manipulation, and solely consists of a series of prints captured under the camera.

    Tamás Patrovits

    Animated film director, graphic artist, and art teacher. He finished his studies at the Hungarian University of Arts and Design (now Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design) in 1994, at the faculty of animation and video. During his career, he made independent, experimental animation shorts, hand-drawn and 2D computer animations, posters, illustrations. Since 1995, he has been teaching animation and creative visual thinking. He is the founder of ASIFA Hungary (Association International du Film d’Animation – Hungarian Board) since 2005, joined MUOSZ (National Association of Hungarian Journalists) in 2014. He is the founder of the Faculty of Animation of Illyés Academy of Arts. He was the organizer of the International Day of Animation in Hungary from 2005 to 2012. He founded the Primanima World Festival of First Animations in 2012, and ever since he is the creative director of the event.
