Director and animator, he was involved in the production of the first animated series of Altan’s Pimpa and Cavandoli’s The Line. He received lots of awards and honours including Foreign Animation Silver Award at the 13th Shanghai Television Film Festival (2006). His works (like Djuma in 2012, but mostly Mercurio in 2018) have participated in more than 200 international festivals, including Animaphix, Sciacca Film Festival, Sardinia Film Festival, Lucania Film Festival, Fescimed in Madrid, Tindirindis in Vilnius, etc. He made a lot of music videos for songs by Tre allegri ragazzi morti, Le luci della centrale elettrica, Colapesce, The Zen Circus, Extraliscio e Gianna Nannini among others. He teaches animation at the Academy of Fine Arts in Palermo and L’Aquila.
