    A shortfilm based on the graphic novel. Totuccio grows up in the countryside surrounding the dystopian city of Balarm Town, he is a boy with a kind soul, alien to the raw violence of his city, based on the commodification of sex, drugs and weapons. Totuccio spends his days detached from the reality that surrounds him, spending his time with his beloved white dogs with whom he talks and plays continuously. A series of disastrous events in Totuccio’s early adult life, combined with those preceding his childhood, finally leads the character to react, awakening an extraordinary strength and agility that will soon lead him to the creation of another identity with which he will be feared and remembered by all the mobsters of Balarm Town.

    Satirist, painter, illustrator and graphic novelist. He has collaborated with I Siciliani, L’Ora, Linus, Tango, L’Unità, Avvenimenti, Diario, Cuore, Comix, Smemoranda, Il Misfatto. Daily present in the Sicilian edition of Repubblica from 1997 to 2017 with satire cartoons and illustrations. In 1999 he won the “Pino Zac Prize” for political satire. Collaborate with the Corriere della Sera. The duology of the grotesque superhero of Balarm Town is a ruthless journey into the deep self of Totuccio alias Minkiaman, between sex, violence, mafia, abuse and salvific poetry. The television series project is in the pipeline.
