    Éli is fifty years old and his sole occupation in life is taking care of and putting up with his wheelchair-bound mother. Meddling in her son’s sex life, she wants him to hook up with their neighbor, Nathalie. Nostalgic for her wild youth, she’s obsessed with sex, making her son’s life hell.

    Francis Canitrot

    Francis Canitrot studied mathematics and then turned to animation. After training in 3D animation, he worked for several years at Author de Minuit as a VFX graphic designer and Stop Motion decorator. It is his meeting with Jérémy Clapin in 2013 that gives him the desire to make his own films. Since then he works regularly at Folivari, Xilam and La Station Animation as a production supervisor while developing his own projects. His short Le sexe de ma mère was selected in Cannes 2023.
