She grew up in an area surrounded by plants and wildlife, and she enjoys working with the themes of nature and fantastical creatures in her art. She believes it’s important to show that the world is filled with magic and mystery, even in the places and things that we have grown to consider mundane. As of 2021, she is in her fourth year at the California Institute of the Arts, where she is working towards a BFA in Character Animation.
