Cosimo Brunetti, known artistically as Cosbru, is an Italian visual artist from Umbria, born in 1982 in Spoleto. A painter, illustrator, cartoonist, and filmmaker, he specializes in stop-motion animation created using traditional artistic techniques, producing works of strong emotional and narrative impact. He has collaborated with Italian and international artists, creating music videos and animations for Antonio Diodato, I Hate My Village, Officina Zoè, Lady Moon, KT Tunstall, Hysterrae, Nile Rodgers, Cate Blanchett, and Carlo Amleto, as well as contributing to film and theatre projects such as Paolo Conte alla Scala – Il Maestro è nell’Anima and La Pergola – Confessioni di un Teatro, directed by Giorgio Testi.
