C’era la Luna! | There was the Moon!

From the bowels of Pirandello’s sulfur mines begins a dreamlike and hallucinatory journey into the depths of the human soul. From the darkness of the pit, the hallucinations caused by acetylene lead to a world populated by constantly changing animal, human and natural presences, crossed by ancestral litanies. Thus an arcane Sicily is revealed, permeated by Pirandello’s poetics, continually balanced between appearance and reality.
