Raw, undercooked, rare, cooked and overcooked. Painted on a ceramic plate, Rachel Patricio is a fat girl, disgusting to her mother. As a teenager, Larissa Rahal rediscovers her body and the potential of her periods through watercolor brushstrokes. At the peak of her youth, amidst glitches and digital noise, singer Raquel Virginia exposes the risks she takes every day to be who she is. The constantly metamorphosing clay is the body of Valkyrie which transforms during the climacteric. Actress Helena Ignez, icon of the new marginal Brazilian cinema – drawn in Indian ink on the 35 mm negative – tells how her body was important for her artistic profession, but also how it was abused. Five women and their relationship with the body, from childhood to old age, make up this animated documentary.
