    The animated short film “Anni“ combines memories of three siblings about their mother‘s emigration in 1966 and gives insight about the feelings triggered by this incident. Why did Anni make this decision? What impact did it have on her life and the lives of her descendants?

    During her studies she produced two films. As a team project, “Game Over” from 2021 won the “Best Student Film” award at the Mannheim Arts and Film Festival and was nominated at another three festivals. Through her flm “Anni” Carina realized a film project alone for the first time and finished her studies in 2022 with the animated documentary.
