Giulia Conoscenti was born in Palermo in 1991, where she graduated from the Industrial Design program. She lived surrounded by the sea and the sun until she moved to Urbino and discovered the fog, where she graduated from the specialized program in image graphics at ISIA. Today, Giulia works as an illustrator, animator, and lecturer at the University and Academy of Palermo and Syracuse. She collaborates with various brands such as Gucci, Barilla, Zanotta, Zuegg, Rolling Stones, Interni Magazine, Primark, Bic, AwLab, Cosmopolitan, Bulgari, Marella, Sony, Il Sole 24 Ore, Repubblica, and BeccoGiallo. She publishes books, creates music videos, and animated commercials. She works with clay and designs ceramic objects. For her, images are the most powerful means of communication, capable of breaking down barriers, both linguistic and often cultural, because they can reach everyone, young and old. This power continues to fascinate her today, as it did on her first day at university.
